Gingerbread Displays confirmed
Disney World has confirmed that the gingerbread holiday displays will be returning, including a new one! The resorts that will be featuring a display are the Animal Kingdom Lodge, Beach Club Resort, BoardWalk Resort, Contemporary Resort, Grand Floridian Resort, and for the first time, the Yacht Club resort will be on the list.
The building of the displays start after the Halloween decorations come down so be on the look out!
Pixar Place Opening Date
On January 30, 2024 Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel will officially transform into the Pixar Place Hotel. Before the official day, guests can visit to watch the transition wrapping up, including checking out Great Maple restaurant. Great Maple will offer upscale comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with Sketch Pad Cafe offering a grab-and-go coffee shop. Up on the pool deck, guests can get snacks at Small Bytes while watching kids in the Nemo’s Cove splash pad or going down the Crush’s Surfin’ Slide.
Along with new dining options, in the lobby, there will be a new gift shop STOR E with Pixar-themed items as well as Disneyland Resort souvenirs and a refurbished extended fitness center themed around Monsters University.

More After-Hour Events coming in 2024
Starting in January, Disney will be offering the popular After-Hours events again at three of their theme Parks; Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. This separate ticketed event gives guests three extra hours after the park closes to ride their favorite rides, meet characters, and enjoy complimentary snacks.
Booked guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green can purchase tickets starting Nov. 7, 2023, by calling 407-W-Disney. Event tickets can be purchased online by all guests starting Nov. 14.
Disney After Hours ticket prices range from $155 to $175 (plus tax) for Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. EPCOT After Hours ticket pricing ranges from $149 to $159 (plus tax).

International Festival of the Arts 2024
This week we found out that the 2024 International Festival of the Arts will run between January 12 and February 19, 2024.

Disney announces Military Rates for 2024
Disney has published their discounted Military Rates for good between January 1-December 20, 2024. Rates for eligible guests are for tickets as well as room-only rates.

Adventureland Treehouse opens soon
Tarps surrounding the treehouse are down and starting on November 10th, guests will be able to visit the Adventureland Treehouse. Returning to the original theming of the tree house which is inspired by Walt Disney’s Swiss Family Robinson from the previous Tarzan’s Treehouse, guests will be able to explore the family’s tree-top home and see beautiful views of the rest of Disneyland.
