What a trip to Walt Disney World!

Last week I had a great time with my daughter, Shannon, and sister-in-law and her family at Walt Disney World. Normally I avoid the super hot summer months, but we went down to celebrate my niece’s second birthday. I took my own advice this time and went to the parks early in the morning, took a break mid-day, and headed back to the parks in the evenings. This turned out great for us as we were able to avoid the summer mid-day rain too (most of the time). It's also the best approach when travelling with little ones or multi-generational groups. Even if you don't want to go back for a mid-day break, lots of shows are opening up now - Frozen Ever After in Hollywood Studios & The Festival of the Lion King in Animal Kingdom are a couple examples that will take you into the air-conditioning for a bit of a break. Want more tips? Be sure to read to the bottom of this email to get my 5 must-take packing items. In addition to trips to Walt Disney World, All Inclusive getaways are really hot right now... and I'm not talking about just the temperature. From the adult-only options of Sandals or AM Resorts to the family friendly destinations like Beaches and some Hard Rock locations, these all-inclusive options provide a cruise-like experience of a single price with the stability of a land based destination. Finally, the CDC continues to adjust its guidance on all things travel. The US is up to 120 safe travel destinations and we are hoping to see that continue to grow as vaccinations continue to roll out across our and other nations. I am vigilant with staying up to speed on both travel news as well as the specific procedures in the most highly sought out locations. I will make sure you are aware of any tests, travel restrictions, or procedures before you head out on your next trip. Reach out to me when you're ready to start exploring the world again. I would love to share more about my experiences, make sure you are prepared, and have an amazing trip!

No trip to Orlando is complete without a trip to Universal. If you are a Harry Potter Fan you will want to get park to park ticket so you can see all the attractions! You don’t want to be that person who has to pick between the two.
