Update on newest addition to Haunted Mansion
Disney announced that the Hatbox Ghost that was announced at a past D23 to be coming to the Magic Kingdom Mansion will be making his arrival in August, just in time for the Halloween season!
Trail’s End & Crockett’s Tavern Reopens
Fort Wilderness’ two main restaurants reopened on July 27th with a new look and offerings. Trail’s End has been refreshed into a quick service where pizza, rotisserie chicken, brisket, fried chicken, ribs, and burgers can fill your hungry belly. A variety of desserts will round out the meal.
Crockett’s Tavern has added outdoor seating to its menu along with snacks and specialty cocktails. These snacks include a new Charcuterie Board and Crispy Cauliflower and a sweet finish of a dessert trio of s’mores, banana pudding, and strawberry shortcake.
New Deck party on Disney Cruise Line
The Disney Dream will be hosting a new pop dance party on the upper decks beginning this summer. Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party will of course have several of guests’ favorite characters in new bright outfits, but also play unique renditions of iconic Disney songs with a techno beat, with color crew dancers bouncing to the beat.
Disneyland Park Table Service Restaurants new offerings
Starting September 12th, River Belle Terrace, Café Orleans, and Carnation Café will be adding several items to their menus. These items will include food offerings that fit the cuisine of the restaurant but also will include select alcoholic beverages to pair with them. Disney stated that these restaurants are typically chosen by guests to celebrate special occasions and alcoholic beverages have been requested.
